Terms & Conditions | Blue Orchid Hotels

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Blue Orchid Hotels website and your booking of accommodation at our properties. By making a reservation, you accept these terms in full. Blue Orchid Hotels Ltd is registered in England and Wales.

2. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Blue Orchid Hotels. The hotel reserves the right to decline any reservation without providing a reason.

A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee all reservations. Your card details are stored securely by our payment processor (Stripe) and are subject to their privacy policy.

3. Cancellation Policy

Flexible Rate: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in date will incur no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in, or non-arrivals, will be charged one night's accommodation.

Advance Purchase Rate: These rates are non-refundable and cannot be amended after booking. The full booking amount will be charged immediately upon confirmation.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out must be completed by 11:00. Late check-out may be available on request and is subject to availability at an additional charge. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation.

5. Payment

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Rates are per room per night unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for supplements, extras, and services consumed during your stay.

6. Liability

Blue Orchid Hotels accepts no liability for loss or damage to guests' property, except where caused by our negligence. The hotel is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
